Beauty: SuperSized
The joy of the holidays besides a great free gift with purchase, is when my favorite products come in huge industrial sized containers. I live and smile by Bobbi Brown's Vitamin Enriched Face Base Cream. If I could slather this on my entire body I would. I might just start. I use this year round, but in the colder months I pound it into my face. It's great for travel as well. It leaves your face moisturized and non-greasy. It's amazing how I can go through at least two of these large sizes a year. I use the Bobbi Empties to put the product in. I have one at work, in my car, in my makeup bag, in my travel bag and even at mom's house in Louisiana. I use it in conjunction with Skinceuticals Hydrating B5 Gel which contains hyaluronic acid (a good acid) that the body contains naturally. It doesn't strip your skin and adds moisture. Ulta Cosmetics stores usually have the Neutrogena Body Oil in a 32 ounce size. It's not available on the web, but in the stores. A few Target stores also have it. I have been mixing this oil with most of my lotions and a few of my body butters and the regular size is almost gone.
I love my Aunt Peepsie in Louisiana. She is addicted to products and because of her and Mama Dear ,"I am what I am" a beauty junkie. I received an email from her requesting I web order one of her top fragrances - Alexandra de Markoff's Enigma Essence Mist. She keeps fragrances in rotation like me. I might have to get her some Code for her birthday. She had found a website to purchase the fragrance. I am usually the "web purchaser" for the family. The problem was she found the website from the UK. I chuckled to myself when I informed her of the mistake. She didn't realize that the 25 represented pounds not dollars. She would have been paying double the price. What did I receive for my online tech savviness. I arrived home to a wonderful gift. C.O. Bigelow's My Favorite Lip Balm which contains shea butter and almond oil. Aunt Peepsie and mom live an hour one-way from the closest mall and whenever they go to Alexandria they raid Bath and Body Works. I always know that I will be receiving a little gift. It's on my nigh stand. I consider a beauty barter. I order for her online, she returns the favor in products.
Have a pretty "hump" day.

I was recently in the Midwest and the only thing that saved my poor cracked face was BB's Face Base! Thanks for telling me to buy the big jar before our Italy trip!

The one that has the consistency is the Extra Moisturizing Balm.

How funny! A few hours ago I was skimming through your archive posts trying to find the name of the Bobbi Brown cream you said had the same consistency and La Mer. I then found the jumbo sizes on the Bobbi Brown site..only to back to you blog and see youve written a post about them!
